Jaguars -9.5 starts with Trevor Lawrence against a Colts defense allowing 7.5 yards per pass attempt through seven games.
Lawrence has averaged 8.0 yards per pass attempt through Jacksonville's six games, with 14 touchdown passes against 4 interceptions. Indianapolis also just traded DeForest Buckner, who supplied 4 sacks out of its 13.
Jacksonville has allowed 3.2 yards per carry through six games. Slowing Jonathan Taylor, who has 8 rushing touchdowns, would leave more of the Colts' scoring to Daniel Jones.
Jones has averaged 5.8 yards per pass attempt through seven games, with 4 touchdowns and 7 interceptions.
Jones has also taken 19 sacks through those seven games. The Colts now have to replace left guard Quenton Nelson after trading him this week.
