Based on the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, PicksOffice does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Optional analytics remains subject to the analytics choice in the cookie banner.
Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, it may provide rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal treatment when exercising those rights.
The California Attorney General maintains a current CCPA overview.
Email privacy@picksoffice.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request". State the right you want to exercise and provide only the information needed to identify the relevant account or interaction.
A request may require reasonable identity verification before personal information is disclosed, corrected, or deleted. An authorized agent may be asked to provide proof of authority. Do not email passwords, full payment card numbers, or authentication tokens.
