Jordan Gant ran for 162 yards on 28 carries at Kent State on Oct. 24. His touchdowns finished drives of 91 and 77 yards.
Akron converted 7 of 13 third downs and held the ball for 34:01 in that game. I'll take Akron +14.5 because long scoring drives behind Gant would leave Ohio fewer chances to pull away.
Brayden Roggow also threw for 275 yards at Kent State. Ohio has allowed opponents to complete 64.25% of their passes through eight games.
Ohio converted 3 of 11 third downs against Eastern Michigan on Oct. 24 and scored 17 offensive points.
