Portland's foul pressure and second-chance scoring are why I like Over 229.5 against Denver.
The Trail Blazers earned 41 free throws at Utah on Saturday, including 13 for Deni Avdija. The Nuggets allowed Phoenix 50 points in the paint Friday, giving Avdija an area to attack.
Portland also scored 18 second-chance points at Utah. Denver gave up 13 offensive rebounds to Golden State on Oct. 26.
Jamal Murray scored 39 and Christian Braun 31 at Phoenix, while Nikola Jokic supplied 10 assists. All five Nuggets starters reached double figures for the second consecutive game.
