Brewers @ Marlins

Marlins ML leans on a Brewers lineup missing key bats, four current starters at .214 or worse, and Miami table setters Xavier Edwards and Otto Lopez both hitting .342.

Milwaukee is laying road price with a lineup that is thinner than the record suggests. Jackson Chourio and Christian Yelich remain on the injured list, and William Contreras is not in the starting nine despite carrying an .870 OPS.

The current Brewers lineup gets light in a hurry after the top. Luis Rengifo is hitting .161 with a .494 OPS, Greg Jones sits at .143 with a .286 OPS, Luis Matos is at .214 with a .481 OPS, and David Hamilton is at .186 with a .526 OPS.

Miami has enough on-base and contact at the top to flip that matchup. Xavier Edwards is hitting .342 with an .890 OPS, Otto Lopez is at .342 with a .959 OPS, and Liam Hicks has posted an .883 OPS with 4 home runs and 18 RBI. With Milwaukee also down two relievers on the 15-day IL, Marlins ML is playable at this number.
